Payment Options

Shopping online is quick and easy; we accept several forms of payment:

Shipping is Unavailable - All items must be picked up in store

Unfortunately, we cannot ship items that are purchased online. Items must be picked up in store during our regular business hours. 

  • Items purchased during business hours will be ready within four hours. Items purchased after hours will be ready four hours after we open. 
    • We will notify you when your items are ready to pick up.
    • Please call or email us if you need items quicker.
    • Items must be picked up within 7 days.
    • If regular business hours do not work for you to pick-up, please call or email and we will do our best to accommodate an alternate pick-up time.
  • Credit card used to purchase with matching ID must be presented when picking up.

Returns & Refunds

If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back to us. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or are defective. Merchandise returned that appears used may not be returned.

Details:

  • Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund of unused items.
  • Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
  • Product Condition: Product must be new in original packaging in order to be returned.
  • Bikes must be returned within 7 days and be in new condition for full refund.

Labor fees are non-refundable.

However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error.
